Doris Burdo
Doris is the part- time community liaison person for Frank Burdo, LLC. She is also a full-time
wife, the mother of ive adult children and the grandmother of eleven. She has worked part-time
in community service for the
past
thirty years.

What If Your Estimate is Not Within Our Budget?
It is always recommended that before you commence a construction project you obtain multiple estimates for the project. Beware of those who will “under bid” a job, get hired by a client and then all of the sudden tacks on additional change orders to make up for their low bid. Clients are then in a situation where they go way over budget or are stuck with a half completed construction project with not enough money to finish. We have acquired numerous clients which made the mistake of choosing the lowest bid by a contractor with less experience and/or knowledge or who utilizes underhanded business practices to acquire a client and in the end the client winds up paying twice as much. We will work with you to give you every option to complete the project according to your budget. It is cheaper and less stressful to do it right the first time.

Once the estimate is approved, we provide you with a comprehensive detailed contract which sets forth the scope of the work to be done and the payment schedule for each step of the construction.
